Project Description:

Dick Scobee was originally constructed in 1954 and is being destroyed and reconstructed in order to provide a better learning environment for students. PH Consulting is providing Traffic Impact Analysis for the replacement of Dick Scobee Elementary. PH Consulting's scope includes:

• Evaluation of proposed site traffic impacts

• Site access and circulation analysis

• Evaluation of code required public improvements

• Evaluation of potential off-site traffic mitigation requirements

• Traffic Impact Fee analysis

• Other traffic analysis requirements needed to support the SEPA process and building application review.
