Project Description:

In November 2016, the Auburn community passed a $456,056,000 bond to replace six aging schools and build two new elementary schools. Scope for PH Consulting includes:

• Coordination with City of Auburn

• Data collection

• Evaluation of existing conditions

• Evaluation of proposed site traffic impacts

• Site access and circulation analysis

• Parking demand analysis

• Traffic signal warrant analysis

• Evaluation of code required public improvements

• Evaluation of potential off-site traffic mitigation requirements

• Traffic Impact Fee Analysis

• Other traffic analysis requirements needed to support the SEPA process and building application review.
