The City of Bothell is developing a Safe Streets & Sidewalks project for the 19th Ave SE/232nd St SE/23rd Ave SE corridor. Improvements will include RRFBs, ADA ramps, crosswalk flags, and more. PH Consulting is providing the following scope for this project:

• Two new PM Peak hour turning movement counts

• Documenting existing conditions

• Developing Synchro models

• Determining operational needs for continuous two-way left turn lane or left turn pockets based on Bothell LOS standards

• Preparation of draft and final memorandum summarizing existing conditions, findings of traffic analysis, and recommendations

• Project management, coordination, and QA/QC
