Project Description:

The City of Bremerton is planning a major transportation project along Harlow Dr that will greatly improve safety for schoolchildren walking to and from Kitsap Lake Elementary School. Funding from the Safe Routes to School program has made this project possible. PH Consulting is providing a vast array of engineering and design scope for this project which includes:

• New RRFBs

• New signs aiding pedestrian safety

• New luminaries to aid with visibility

• New channelization and striping

• New junction boxes and conduit

• New raised pavement markers
