• Create a baseline network Synchro model

• Level of Service Analysis (LOS)

• SimTraffic Traffic Network Simulation Video

• Forecast traffic impacts of:

  • ​Removing Haskell St access restrictions

  • Repealing DMC 16.05.010 restricting Heavy Vehicle’s on segment of Center St.

  • Removing Burnside Pl/ Burnside Ave St, Hyland St, and Bastian St access and turn restrictions

  • Golf Course area development

  • Wharf Road link to Amazon & Intel

  • Proposed New Exit 119 Alignment

  • Model FYA operation on Center Drive
