Project Description:

The City of Mount Vernon has a federal grant to upgrade 13 existing signals on College Way (SR538) and Riverside Drive. The signal upgrades include ADA curb ramp compliance, accessible pedestrian signal (APS), signal coordination, flashing yellow arrow left turn implementation, and traffic analysis to improve corridor traffic coordination.
