Project Description:

The Trammell Crow Residential company is developing the Alexan 100 Building adjacent to 1st Ave & Denny Way in Seattle. Trammel Crow Residential will be coordinating with the City of Seattle, Seattle Department of Transportation, King County Metro, Valley Electric, and PH Consulting in order to ensure the development integrates intelligently with roadway traffic, transit, utilities, and traffic signals.
