SDOT has a backlog of traffic control plans to process and PH Consulting has provided assistance in significantly reducing this backlog. PH Consulting has substantial experience and expertise creating and checking traffic control plans to ensure they are in compliance with WSDOT and local municipalities' maintenance of traffic standards.
