The City of Tacoma is aiming to improve safety and traffic conditions along S Tacoma Way.

PH Consulting is assisting with the following scope:

• Design for and upgrade existing traffic signal heads (retroreflective backplates) and signal phasing

• Install accessible pedestrian countdown signals and pushbuttons

• Improve traffic signal timing, communication, and coordination

• Design flashing yellow arrow signal heads
